This quick and easy quilt block starts with four 6" squares: 2 are red prints or solids, and 2 are white, ivory or off-white prints or solids. Follow the photos below.
Sew the 4 squares together; press toward dark fabrics.
Measure 1 1/2" from center seam. Cut.
Measure 1 1/2" from center seam on all 4 sides. Cut.
Turn the 4 rectangles like the one below with the yellow handle on it.
Turn all 4 rectangles, as shown below.
Reassemble the block. This design will make a dazzling quilt for the winner of all the blocks!
